株式会社トータルサポート誠心（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「SUMLOOP」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報を、本ポリシーに従って取り扱います。

本アプリは、スコア、プレイ回数、クリア数、失敗数、ループ・コンボの記録、獲得した称号、サウンド等の設定を端末内に保存します。これらを保存・表示するための当社独自のサーバーは利用していません。

端末の設定によっては、Androidのバックアップ機能によりアプリのデータがバックアップ・復元される場合があります。

ゲーム本編を遊ぶために、当社のアカウントを登録する必要はありません。本アプリには、写真や連絡先、GPSによる正確な位置情報を取得する機能はありません。

広告とプライバシーの設定のため、18歳未満か18歳以上かの年齢区分を確認します。生年月日は収集しません。選択した年齢区分は端末内に保存し、当社のサーバーへ送信しません。この区分はAndroidのバックアップ対象に含めず、別の端末への復元時等には改めて確認します。年齢区分は本アプリの設定から選び直せます。

年齢区分が18歳未満または未回答の間は、広告のリクエスト・表示を行いません。18歳以上の場合は、利用地域で提供される同意やプライバシーの選択に従って広告を配信します。後から年齢区分を変更しても、それ以前に外部サービスへ送信された情報が自動的に削除されるわけではありません。

本アプリでは、Google AdMobおよびGoogle User Messaging Platformを利用します。広告の配信・効果測定、同意の管理、不正防止、サービスの安定性向上のため、Google等の広告サービス提供者が、広告識別子等の端末・アカウント識別子、IPアドレス、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、アプリや広告の操作情報、診断情報、プライバシーの選択に関する情報を取得・処理する場合があります。

利用できるプライバシーの選択肢がある地域では、案内画面に従って選択できます。変更が可能な場合は、本アプリの設定に「プライバシー設定」が表示されます。広告IDの削除・リセット等は、Androidの設定からも行えます。広告をパーソナライズしない場合も、広告配信や不正防止に必要な情報が処理されることがあります。

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合は、返信先のメールアドレスと、お問い合わせに記載された内容を、回答や不具合の調査に利用します。パスワードや決済情報など、お問い合わせに不要な情報は送らないでください。

広告サービスが取り扱う情報には、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリにはFirebase Analyticsを組み込んでいませんが、Googleの広告関連SDKを利用する際には、品質改善等のための利用・診断情報が処理される場合があります。

当社は、利用者情報を当社が独自に販売することはありません。法令に基づく場合などを除き、お問い合わせで受け取った情報を、対応に必要のない第三者へ提供することはありません。

端末内のデータは、Androidの設定から本アプリのストレージを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。バックアップされたデータは、利用しているバックアップサービスの設定に従って管理してください。

Google等の外部サービスが保有する情報の保存期間や削除方法は、各サービスのポリシーに従います。

お問い合わせの情報は、対応や関連する問題の解決に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間保管し、その後は適切に削除します。当社が保有する情報の確認・訂正・削除等をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、適用される法令に従って対応します。

本アプリは主に13歳以上の利用者を対象とした計算パズルゲームです。13歳未満のお子様向けに設計・宣伝しているアプリではありません。お子様の情報の取り扱いについて懸念がある場合は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。

当社は、取り扱う情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失または毀損を防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。利用しているGoogleの広告SDKのデータ通信は暗号化されます。

法令や本アプリの機能変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

株式会社トータルサポート誠心 (Total Support Seishin, referred to as “we” or “us”) handles information about users of the mobile app SUMLOOP (the “App”) as described in this policy.

The App stores scores, play counts, clears, mistakes, loop and combo records, earned titles, and settings such as sound preferences on your device. We do not use our own server to store or display these records.

Depending on your device settings, Android's backup feature may back up and restore App data.

You do not need to register an account with us to play. The App has no feature that accesses your photos, contacts, or precise GPS location.

We ask whether you are under 18 or 18 or older to configure ads and privacy settings. We do not collect your date of birth. Your selected age group is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. It is excluded from Android backup, so you will be asked again when restoring to another device or when the saved choice is unavailable. You can select your age group again in the App's settings.

The App does not request or display ads while your age group is under 18 or has not been selected. For users aged 18 or older, ads are served in accordance with the consent and privacy choices available in their region. Changing your age group later does not automatically delete information already sent to external services.

The App uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. To deliver and measure ads, manage consent, prevent fraud, and improve service stability, Google and other advertising service providers may collect and process device or account identifiers such as advertising IDs, IP addresses, approximate regions inferred from IP addresses, App and ad interaction information, diagnostics, and information about privacy choices.

Where privacy choices are available, you can make selections using the on-screen notices. When changes are available, “Privacy settings” appears in the App's settings. You can also delete or reset your advertising ID through Android settings. Even when ads are not personalized, information needed for ad delivery and fraud prevention may still be processed.

If you contact us by email, we use your reply email address and the information in your message to respond and investigate issues. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Information handled by advertising services is subject to their respective privacy policies. The App does not include Firebase Analytics, but when Google's advertising-related SDKs are used, usage and diagnostic information may be processed for purposes such as improving quality.

We do not independently sell user information. Unless required by law or otherwise legally permitted, we do not provide information received through inquiries to third parties that do not need it to handle your inquiry.

You can delete data stored on your device by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App. Manage backed-up data using the settings of your backup service.

Retention periods and deletion methods for information held by Google and other external services follow their respective policies.

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and resolve related issues, or as required by law, and then delete it appropriately. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, please contact us below. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

The App is a calculation puzzle game intended primarily for users aged 13 or older. It is not designed or marketed for children under 13. If you have concerns about the handling of a child's information, please contact us below.

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or damage to the information we handle. Data transmitted by the Google advertising SDK used in the App is encrypted in transit.

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law or the App's features. We will notify you of important changes on this page or in the App.
